having to navigate screaming kids everywhere was just the icing on the cake. my room wasn’t ready until 3:30 pm which is a bit absurd really, and the indoor pool was out of order—how horrendous! one would think a place like this would have impeccable service, yet here we are. i almost thought of praising them but couldn’t.

Gorgeous location close to stunning bushwalking trails.

My stay was marred by a lack of basic amenities. The coffee service was painfully slow, taking over 40 minutes. the staff seemed untrained, and as a result, many of our orders were forgotten or incorrectly delivered.

A lekker getaway in the Blue Mountains 🌄

Super convenient location, just a stroll to the Three Sisters! The high tea was a huuuge highlight, absolutely stunning treats! Staff were really friendly, helping us with local walks and tips—especially enjoyed chatting with David. Ag, and the brekkie in the Orangery was just brilliant!

Only downside was the internet being iffy. it felt a bit outdated not having free Wi-Fi for the full stay.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay. the gardens were stunning and the indoor pool was perfect for kids. Super convenient to walk to the Three Sisters lookout, no car hassles. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Spent a night with friends and loved the chill vibes. The staff were super chill and helpful. The huge Grand Room felt nice and open, perfect for our crew. Only thing was the phone reception in the room was kinda spotty. We grabbed breakfast at the bar area, which was handy after a long night.
